Warranty Information
At Green Home Bathroom, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience.
All products sold by Green Home Bathroom come with a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Green Home Bathroom will repair or replace the product, at our discretion.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. The warranty also does not cover any installation costs.
This warranty includes any rights and remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse of a product and/or use for which it was not designed
- Neglect, deliberate damage, failure to care for or maintain the product in an acceptable manner
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Minor imperfections not affecting performance or decorative value
- Damage caused after removal, reinstallation that may have been caused by such
Consequential loss, installation and costs are generally not covered by warranty. Green Home Hardware will not meet the costs of tradesmen, services, penalties or any other losses/costs whatsoever caused by any event/failure including time-to-time lateness, errors and damaged parts.
Installation, Workmanship, Testing and Inspection before Commissioning
All products must be installed, serviced and/or operated by a qualified and experienced tradesperson.
Installations or workmanship not carried out by authorised or qualified personnel are excluded from this warranty. Please ensure you obtain a written warranty from your installer for all materials and workmanship, and keep copies of quotes, invoices, warranties and all correspondence.
- Industry Standards and Testing
All installations must comply with relevant industry standards and good practice, including pre-installation inspection, inspection upon delivery, and post-installation testing of all functions for defects or failures. Failure to conduct a thorough inspection prior to installation (and upon receipt) may, in some cases, limit your warranty claim. - Sanitary, Plumbing and Drainage Products
Sanitary, plumbing and drainage products (including but not limited to shower trays, toilets, basins and similar items) must be installed by a registered and licensed professional. - Electrical Installations
Electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrical worker. A Certificate of Compliance or Electrical Safety Certificate (including registration or practising licence number) may be required. - Inspection and Claims
All bathroom and related products must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Claims made after extended delays, or once a product has already been installed, may be limited or reduced.
