Delivery and Returns Policy
Green Home Hardware offers several convenient ways to receive your order:
- In-Store Pickup – Collect your order from one of our stores at no additional cost.
- Local Delivery – All Auckland orders are delivered using our of delivery drivers.
- Nationwide Delivery – Orders outside our local delivery zones are shipped via trusted freight and courier partners : Mainfreight2Home
Important Information About Your Delivery
- Our delivery team does not carry items inside your home. Please ensure that someone is available to assist with the delivery of large or heavy products such as vanities, baths, showers, or appliances.
- If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, please inspect your items as soon as possible. Any damage or defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
- We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery times, or accept liability for consequences of late, or early deliveries.
At Green Home Bathroom, we understand that getting your purchase to you as quickly and efficiently as possible is important. That’s why we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery is available throughout New Zealand.
- Standard delivery charges will apply and are calculated based on your delivery address (rural or urban) and the size and weight of your order.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

Please note that our warehouse is currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and dispatch may take approximately 7–14 days.

Inspection Upon Delivery – IMPORTANT
- All customers are required to carefully inspect their goods at the time of delivery and before signing any acceptance form from the delivery company. If any damage, shortage, or defect is identified, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with accompanying photographs.
- Once goods have been accepted without such notation, they will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition. We cannot accept claims for damage made after this period, as we are unable to verify when or how the damage occurred.
Store Pick-up & Collections
- For in-store pick-up, orders can be collected from Green Home Bathroom within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
- In-store pick-up is available at 103b Harris Road, East Tamaki, or 116B Wairau Road, Wairau Valley. (Please select the correct Local Pick Up Location when checking out).
- You will receive a notification via email or phone when your order is ready for pick-up.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Refund and Returns
At Green Home, we take pride in offering quality bathroom products at great value. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. That’s why we offer a simple change-of-mind returns policy.
- You can return unused items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in new, re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.
- If the item has been used or are not in original condition & packaging, it may be refused or subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
- To arrange a return, please contact us or call us on 09 414-0328. Be sure to provide your invoice, sales or order number, or TradeMe reference, along with a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.
- Custom, Clearance producs or special-order items, including but not limited to Liners and Frameless Showers, are ineligible for return unless faulty or misdescribed. This policy ensures that each custom order is crafted specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.

- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns After 14 Days
- If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Important Notes
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition with original packaging.
- Items that are used, installed, damaged, or missing parts may not qualify for a return or refund.

Online Refunds
If you wish to request a refund for online orders due to a change of mind, the refund will be processed minus the STRIPE transaction fees.
However, if the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as an item being out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the specified store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
