Delivery, Refund, and Returns Policy

Delivery & Store Pickups

At Green Home Bathroom, we understand that getting your purchase to you as quickly and efficiently as possible is important. That’s why we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs.

Standard Delivery:

  • For standard delivery, orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days after your order is placed.
  • Delivery is available throughout New Zealand.
  • Standard delivery charges will apply and are calculated based on your delivery address (rural or urban) and the size and weight of your order.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

Large Items/Orders Delivery

  • Most Deliveries for Large items and Orders outside of the Auckland region are arranged through Mainfrieght.
  • Orders/Items within Auckland are delivered by our independent delivery partners which are priced at $100 Minimum.

In-store Pick-ups

  • For in-store pick-up, orders can be collected from Green Home Bathroom within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
  • In-store pick-up is available at 103b Harris Road, East Tamaki, or 116B Wairau Road, Wairau Valley. (Please select the correct Local Pick Up Location when checking out).
  • You will receive a notification via email or phone when your order is ready for pick-up.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Refund and Returns

We will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return or exchange.

Online Refunds

If you wish to request a refund due to a change of mind, please note that the refund will be processed minus the STRIPE transaction fees.

However, if the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as an item being out of stock, we will issue a full refund.



Additional non-returnable items:

  • Clearance products
  • Specials products

There are certain situations where a 20% handling fee will apply for all refunded items to cover the costs of restocking:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • The package of any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after receiving the products.

There are certain situations where a refund or exchange cannot be granted:

  • You have simply changed your mind
  • The goods are not what you expected
  • You find a lower price elsewhere
  • Goods you purchase for another party that they already own or dislike.
  • Any fragile item to which courier companies do not offer shipping insurance is damaged on the way to shipping because we only arrange delivery for fragile items on the premise of the buyer’s responsibility. (Fragile items include shower glass items, mirrors, acrylic liners, acrylic shower trays, ceramic basins, toilets, etc.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or different from the description on our website.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the specified store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
