Before purchasing, you can request a competitive shipping quote from our team by providing us with your address and the product you are after.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
• Large Items and Orders Outside of Auckland are arranged with Mainfrieght.
• TOILETS are the ONLY item we will not ship with Mainfreight. Please arrange your own collection for toilets outside of Auckland.• Mainfreight DOES NOT offer any insurance and they/we will not be liable for ANY damage to your items during transit. All Fragile items are sent at buyers’ risk.
• By placing a shipping order for Large Fragile items with us, we believe YOU have Agreed to the terms above.

For Urgent Deliveries please get in touch with us, or provide proof of payment via email so that we can ship out your good on the day of payment. (Before 3 pm on Weekdays)
Local Store Collection
Our showrooms in East Tamaki and Glenfield offer a secure online shopping experience, allowing you to collect your order from either store in Auckland.
Please make sure to collect your order within 5 days from the date of purchase or when the item is ready to collect (We will get in touch with you regarding this within 1-2 working days, for orders placed for future pick up, please provide us with the desired collection date so we can hold off assembling/transferring stock to the store)

Please ensure that you collect your order within 5 working days of the agreed date.
It’s important to note that we strictly adhere to a 5-day pickup policy, meaning you must retrieve your order within 5 days of purchase or the agreed collection date. After this period, a daily storage fee of $10 (including GST) will be applied for each day.
If you find yourself unable to collect your order within the 5-day timeframe and wish to avoid the storage fees, we can arrange to deliver the order to you.
